Continuous Improvement Projects is a small business established in 2012, specialising in delivering lasting organisational change and operational excellence through the use of continuous improvement techniques; including Lean Six Sigma, Change Management and Project Management.
We act as partners, not as an external agency, working with existing internal teams to achieve successful outcomes. We partner with FTSE listed businesses, leading academic institutions, and the public sector.
Headquartered in London, we have a team of experienced consultants nationwide delivering transformation and improvement programmes in a number of areas. We work with integrity to catalyse change, improving the effectiveness of people and processes. Our agile and pragmatic approach to improving and sustaining performance delivers real measurable benefits and performance improvement that lasts.
Central to CI Projects’ vision is the ability to demonstrate value. We are an output driven team, dedicated to defining and implementing the required inputs in order to achieve our partners’ desired outcomes.
We provide a tailored service that’s pragmatic and not bound to rigid schemes, as every project is different. Unlike other Management Consultants, we work as part of a company’s internal teams to truly understand the change, the impact it will have on people and to successfully embed it.
We are not like a recruitment agency that will deploy a staff on assignments; instead we provide solutions which may result in one or more members of our team getting involved depending on the skill-sets and experience needed.
We work with our partners to ensure that benefits are sustained when we depart; this may come in the form of internal staff training, mentoring or a combination of the two.
Most importantly, we work with integrity. Our aim is to deliver the task ahead and ensure that we are able to demonstrate the value we bring.
